  1. Free Quote Form

    You fill out the "Free Quote" form which provides us basic info to create your free estimate and understand a little bit about your space and needs.

  2. Free Estimate

    We send you an estimate via email based on the form you completed. This acts as a starting point for your inventory.

  3. Learn Your Goals

    Organizing?

    Thinning down?

    Insurance documentation?

    Making a plan?

    Dividing assets?

    Relocating?

  4. Align Services With Your Goals

    We offer a wide range of services to choose from, but not all will be necessary for you. We simplify the process of selecting only the services that suit your unique requirements.

  5. Set Price Stop

    Our Price Stop feature lets you set a maximum price for your inventory. As we work, we track costs, and when we approach your limit, we pause and check in. You can:
         Stop the inventory
         Increase your price stop
         Adjust services for the remaining items
    This ensures no surprises on your final invoice and keeps you in full control of the process.

  6. On-Site Work

    This involves taking digital photos of your items and carrying out any organizational services you have chosen for your inventory.

  7. Inventory Creation

    A significant portion of inventory tasks is conducted remotely. This includes the process of editing images, creating detailed documentation for items, and performing the necessary calculations for your inventory.

  8. Provide Inventory Access

    We provide all the documents and photos that are part of your inventory. We suggest a 30-minute onboarding session (either online or face-to-face) to guide you through the specifics of your inventory and how to easily keep it updated in the future.

  9. Purge Your Data From Our System

    We prioritize your privacy above all else. Once the information is communicated to you, we completely remove all your data from our system.
